In addition, the natural characteristics of wood lend themselves to color variation, and this is also true when finish is applied.

2. Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible to provide The Solid Wood Cabinet Company with accurate information including the customer’s choice of items, model numbers and/or measurements.
Therefore The Solid Wood Cabinet Company will not be responsible for any mistakes with respect to products ordered in error
as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company cannot verify the accuracy of the dimensions of the customer's home as provided by the customer nor can
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company make a determination of the level of the customer's floors or ceilings. Consequently,
it is the customer's responsibility to see to it that all products are properly leveled when installed.
Failure on the part of the customer to provide accurate dimensions or to properly level products upon installation or otherwise properly install products
may result in uneven doors or misalignment of cabinetry.
3. Accuracy
While The Solid Wood Cabinet Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in its website concerning its product materials;
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information. The Solid Wood Cabinet Company assumes no liability or responsibility
for any errors or omissions in the content of its website and its product materials.
If a product is quoted by a The Solid Wood Cabinet Company associate at an incorrect price,
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order.
If your order is canceled by The Solid Wood Cabinet Company, we shall issue a credit to your credit card in the full amount of your deposit.
4. Payment
The purchase price is required to be paid in full at the time of order.
Your order will not be released for delivery until it is paid in full and has cleared the banking system without recourse.
If you are paying for your order with a credit card, then your signature below constitutes authority on the part of
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company to charge the credit card and that you further represent and warrant that you have full authority to use the credit card and will not dispute
or otherwise challenge
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company’s authority to charge credit card for the full amount or balance due on the order.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Payment for any order constitutes the immediate acceptance of the order by the Customer,
and the Customer hereinafter agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Purchase Agreement.
A complete order or any separate items within an order may be cancelled within 3 days of the order date ("Cancellation Period")
including the date of the order at no charge. After the Cancellation Period products may only be returned at the sole discretion of
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company and such authorization is effective only in writing and if so approved, there will be a minimum 25% restocking and handling fee applied
to the customer's account. In order to cancel an order within the Cancellation Period the customer may contact
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company by fax, phone or email. To confirm that an order has been canceled,
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company will email or fax a cancellation notice to the customer's attention.
An order shall not be considered to be cancelled until receipt of
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company’s confirmation for the return of product after the Cancellation Period see item 6 below.
6. Return Policy
In order to return an item, a Return Authorization Form must be filled out and faxed or emailed to SolidWoodCabinets.com. Such approval shall be at The Solid Wood Cabinet Company’s sole discretion. If the return is approved by The Solid Wood Cabinet Company, it is the customer's responsibility to properly repackage all items to be returned and freight charges must be prepaid by the Customer. There will be a minimum 25% restocking charge. No returns will be authorized after the item(s) has been assembled or installed. Cabinets that are ordered assembled are not returnable. Returns of product will not be authorized if the request is made by the Customer more than 30 days after receipt of the product.
7. Shipping, Handling, and Delivery
We can ship items to the 48 contiguous states in the USA, known as the Continental USA and Canada.
An agent from the freight company will contact you in order to set up a delivery date. When you receive your order, inspect your cabinets for damage or defects.
If any pieces are damaged, it must be noted on the delivery slip while the delivery driver is still at the place of delivery.
Items carry the natural characteristics of the wood and are manufactured in the way in which most manufacturers finish their products.
Wood products do vary in grain and may have natural distressing. Customer may not refuse or return any products due to such variation in grain or color.
Signing the delivery slip without noting any damage constitutes full acceptance of the product and therefore any damage reported later is the customer's responsibility
and not that of
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company. Any statements made about delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of your order for any reason.
Customer may not cancel an order for failure to meet estimated delivery dates and the time it takes for delivery will vary based upon the manufacturer and freight company.
Title to the materials shall pass from
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company to Customer F.O.B. Shipping Point i.e., at the loading dock of
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company or the manufacture's loading dock if the product is shipped to the customer direct from a source other than
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company. In other words the customer bears the risk of loss while the product is in transit however
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company shall remain responsible to see to it that the correct product was shipped.
Force Majeure
Delay in delivery or non-delivery in whole or in part by
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company shall not be a breach of the sale if performance is made impracticable by the occurrence of any one or more of the following contingencies,
the non-occurrence of which is a basic assumption or which the agreement is made:
(a) fires, floods, or other casualties;
(b) wars, riots, civil commotion, embargoes, governmental regulations or martial law;
(c) The Solid Wood Cabinet Company's inability to obtain necessary materials (finished or otherwise) from its usual sources of supply;
(d) shortage of cars or trucks or delays in transit;
(e) existing or future strikes or other labor troubles affecting production or shipment, whether involving employees of
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company or employees of others, and regardless of responsibility or fault on the part of the employer; and
(f) other contingencies of manufacture or shipment, whether or not of a class or kind mentioned herein and not reasonably within The Solid Wood Cabinet Company’s control.
8. Damages / Shortages / Claims
Claims for shortages, breakage or for any nonconformance, with the terms and conditions of the order must be noted on
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company’s delivery receipt by the customer at the time of delivery. Otherwise,
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company shall not be responsible for any such claims. In any event,
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company's liability for any claims related to damage or shortages shall be limited to damages or shortage which occurred at
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company’s facilities prior to shipment from or transfer to The Solid Wood Cabinet Company’s loading dock.
If you cannot be present at the time of the scheduled delivery,
please make arrangements to have a responsible representative present to fully inspect and accept the furniture on your behalf.
The signature of your representative on the delivery receipt binds you with respect to all aspects of the acceptance of the delivery including the condition of the items delivered.
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company is not responsible for any damage to any product that occurs during shipment or delivery of the product however
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company will use reasonable commercial efforts to assist the customer in resolving its claim with the responsible party.
If concealed damage is discovered after the receipt of the merchandise,
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company must be notified within 2 days to enable
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company to replace parts or the damaged product at no cost to you provided that such damage did not occur during shipment.
Replacement parts may be obtained by completing a Replacement Parts order Form. Original cabinets or parts may require return to
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company for credit. The Customer must e-mail or mail pictures to
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company clearly showing the nature of the defect or damage.
9. Law/Enforcement
This Purchase Agreement shall be enforced according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In the event
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company is required to enforce the terms of this Purchase Agreement or defend against lawsuit related to the terms and conditions of this Purchase Agreement
and if
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company is meritorious then
The Solid Wood Cabinet Company shall be entitled to be reimbursed from the customer or any third party, as the case may be, for its reasonable counsel fees and costs.
