Everyone at SWCC is proud to have put so much effort into getting everything just right for the Grand Opening. Metro Commercial Inks Solid Wood Cabinet Deals throughout Southeastern PA and NJ

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – March 12, 2012 –Metro Commercial, the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firm, announced today that it has brokered five leases in grocery/power anchored centers, for The Solid Wood Cabinet Company totaling over 14,000 square feet, in Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Brian Goodwin of Metro Commercial, who exclusively represents The Solid Wood Cabinet Company, inked a 2,000 SF lease transaction for Norriton Square, Norristown, PA, a 2,500 SF transaction at Center Point Place, Warminster, PA; and three lease transactions in New Jersey ˗ 2,973 SF at Brick Plaza in Brick, 2,200 SF at East Gate Square in Moorestown and 4,550 SF at Crosspoint Town Square in Woodbridge.

“We are excited to work with The Solid Wood Cabinet Company on these latest lease transactions,” says Goodwin. “We want to support the company as it continues to invest in growth.”
