STRONG SALES PROS WANTED

About the company -

The Solid Wood Cabinet Company is looking for strong sales pros to staff our showrooms. The perfect candidate will be an energetic, highly motivated, take-charge type with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.  Successful contenders will possess the ability to quickly build relationships with customers from all walks of life, as well as generate sales from showroom walk-ins.  Candidates will meet with potential customers and must earn both the trust and confidence of prospective clients/customers. A successful and demonstrable track record in Sales will be the key to your success.

Required skills & abilities -

Must be challenged, motivated and eager to work in an entrepreneurial team based setting.

• Innate ability to learn new software quickly
• 2+ years of experience in Sales
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken
• Ability to interface professionally with customers and staff
• Strong person skills with the ability to close the deal
• Technical knowledge of products, Cabinetry or Home Improvement a plus.

Preferred aptitudes (Not required) -

• Kitchen Design and/or Showroom Sales experience
• Proficiency with 20/20 design software
• Knowledge of the Cabinetry or related business
